The interior design is made in SketchUp. Visualizations are created in the Vray program. Technical documentation is created in the LayOut program.

The scope of cooperation is always agreed with the client depending on the needs. If we are talking about the interior design of a residential or commercial property, we can distinguish the following stages: Conversation with the Investor regarding expectations, needs, design assumptions, vision for the interior. We send you a questionnaire with questions to specify the direction of action as much as possible at the beginning :), determine functional needs and aesthetic preferences. Inventory - measurement of the space to be designed. We carry out the inventory on the property ourselves or we operate on the documentation provided by you. In the case of an on-line project, we work on the documentation provided to us. We create a functional layout of the interior. We consult ideas, suggest possibilities/solutions, present visualizations. We design in SketchUp and Vray. We prepare detailed design - technical drawings for contractors: dimensioned projections, cross-sections, wall layouts, suspended ceilings, electrical, plumbing, water and sewage diagrams, views of kitchen walls, bathrooms with tile and sanitary ceramics layouts and other necessary to complete the project. AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION over the project is an additional option. These are consultations on the investment site, checking the compliance of finishing works with the design, solving issues that arise "on an ongoing basis". It is possible to take over the task of ordering materials needed to finish the interior.

The time needed to create a project depends on its scope, detail, the number of details introduced in the interior and the design area. Generally, a comprehensive interior design including visualizations and all executive documentation takes about 7-8 weeks. We encourage you to contact us when we have the opportunity to change the partition walls. When designing, the saying "the sooner the better" is true in order to introduce changes in the type of wall arrangement at the earliest possible stage and not to generate additional costs.

The detailed design is a set of technical drawings containing: Design of the functional layout of partition walls with information about walls to be demolished and/or erected Sections Electrical point layout Water and sewage installation layout design Suspended ceiling design Floor design - floor finishing materials, location of individual materials, i.e. board, panel, gres, stone, etc. Selection of skirting boards. Specifying the thickness of the screed Wall design - selection of colors and wall cladding, design of architectural details, arrangement of graphics, mirrors Design of wall mouldings, stucco - arrangement and type of mouldings Kitchen design - design of the functional and spatial layout of the kitchen, selection of furniture materials and a kitchen worktop. Without technical drawings regarding material specifications, e.g. hinges and types of guides Bathroom design - selection of wall cladding materials, their location, selection of ceramics and bathroom fittings Material tables Drawings of furniture and other individually designed elements of equipment and details Layers [views] of each wall that requires construction work
